Hi! I'm Sasha!

Pronouns: They/Them

Hi, I’m Sasha (they/them)! I’m deeply passionate about providing mental health care to
individuals and couples looking to expand their support systems. I love being a part of people’s
empowerment and healing journeys and taking a collaborative approach to finding a path that
best suits each person. I strive to create a safe space and sounding board for your struggles,
driven by the belief that authenticity is crucial to mental health. Together, we’ll work as a team
to help you meet your wellness goals

More about me!

I am currently a graduate student in the University of Denver’s online MSW program with a concentration in mental health and trauma. I am a sex-positive and kink-knowledgeable therapist with a focus on working with individuals and couples who identify as part of the LGBTQAI+, kink/BDSM, consensually non-monogamous, neurodiverse, and chronic illness/disability communities and lifestyles. I have previous experience in non-profit work doing case management with families experiencing housing and food insecurity and mental health concerns. I take a strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-informed approach to my practice, as it’s essential to recognize that every individual is the expert on their own story. I am dedicated to social justice work and feel it is vital to look at therapy from a lens that explores issues of power, privilege, and oppression.

Outside of work, I am an avid reader and music lover attempting to re-learn how to play the piano. I enjoy spending time with my friends and partners, and I have an adorable three-year-old pup named Lucy, who is my favorite little hiking buddy!
