Hi! I'm Rachel!
Pronouns: She/Her
As a therapist, my goal is to walk the path beside you on your journey. Healing from our trauma, addiction, or grief can be a treacherous journey, but not one we have to face alone. By using skills in CBT and DBT we can work together on ways to make your journey a little bit easier

Why I'm a Social Worker
I never set out to be a therapist—funny how life works, right? I always knew I wanted to help people, but the how remained a mystery throughout my bachelor's degree. My journey started in child welfare, where I worked to reunite families and help build new ones. I primarily worked with teens, striving to provide a space where they felt heard and supported. I quickly learned that sometimes, all we need is to know that someone is in our corner.
After earning my master's, I shifted to working with individuals struggling with addiction. This experience shaped my approach to therapy—one that is person-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I firmly believe therapy isn’t “one-size-fits-all,” and I strive to create a space where you feel empowered to take the lead in your healing journey.
I want to get to know you—your story, your goals, and how we can work together to create a foundation for growth and resilience. It would be an honor to walk this path with you.
