Hi! I'm Nicole,

Pronouns: She/Her

Thank you for considering our practices and my services.  I believe each client is an unique individual and treatment should be catered to those needs. In Session we will work towards gaining a deeper understanding of how we fit into the world around us and how it effects the mind, body, and emotions. We will explore the past and how it manifests into the present to ensure a brighter future.

More About Nicole

Hopeless, scared, stagnant. Life has thrown its punches, and you’ve done your best to guard your heart and mind. Yet, time keeps moving, and fear of the past holds you tight. You’re ready to rediscover your inner strength, but the next steps feel unclear. When you need a safe space to process, heal, and grow—take a seat on my virtual couch.

I’ll be here to remind you that you’re still standing, still trying. My role is to help you uncover the answers that already exist within you and integrate them into your daily life. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic approach tailored to your unique experiences and strengths. Therapy can be a mix of laughter, deep reflection, and even a reality check when needed. Whatever the journey brings, I am honored to walk alongside you.
