So often Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners will rush through appointments without really focusing on the most important aspect, you. At Nova Telemental Health we believe you are a whole person with unique needs and we want to support you on your journey to mental wellness.
Treatment Style and Methods
​Initial Intake Appointment:

Typically lasting 60 minutes we will discuss your current mental health concerns, physical health concerns and co-create a plan to help you improve your overall quality of life.

If you see one of our amazing therapists we can discuss how we, as your treatment team, can help you reach your goals.

Follow Up Appointments:
-
Scheduled for 30 Minutes so we don't have to rush we will discuss how your medications are working for you, address ongoing or new concerns, and monitor your progress in treatment. We want to make sure you are heard each and every session.
