Services and Specialties
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a personalized, one-on-one approach to mental health care that provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Therapy helps individuals develop coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and work toward personal growth. Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, or life transitions, individual therapy fosters self-awareness and empowerment.
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy is a specialized form of therapy that helps individuals and partners navigate concerns related to intimacy, desire, sexual function, identity, and relationship dynamics. It provides a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space to explore topics such as sexual communication, mismatched libidos, performance anxiety, compulsive sexual behaviors, trauma-related concerns, kink, and alternative relationship structures. Sex therapy supports clients in developing a healthier, more fulfilling relationship with their sexuality while addressing emotional and psychological factors that may impact intimacy.
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy provides a supportive and structured space for partners to explore challenges, improve communication, and strengthen their connection. Whether navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, addressing intimacy concerns, or enhancing emotional closeness, therapy helps couples and partners develop healthier relationship dynamics. Using evidence-based approaches, relationship therapy fosters understanding, collaboration, and personal growth, empowering individuals to build fulfilling and resilient relationships. Therapy is inclusive of all relationship structures, including monogamous, polyamorous, and non-traditional partnerships.

Medication Management
Medication management is a collaborative process that ensures individuals receive the right psychiatric medications to support their mental health needs. It involves working with a qualified prescriber, such as a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, or primary care provider, to evaluate symptoms, determine appropriate medications, adjust dosages as needed, and monitor for effectiveness and side effects.
Medication can be an important tool in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders. However, it is most effective when combined with therapy and other supportive interventions. Regular follow-ups and open communication with your provider help ensure that medication remains aligned with your treatment goals and overall well-being.
